The Recruitment Process

All of the staff that we employ have passed a thorough vetting and interview procedure. Every applicant must provide positive references from previous employers, while we will check their history for a criminal record. If they have a criminal record, we are unable to take them on, and if they don’t, they will progress through to an interview. As part of the interview, they will need a valid passport, documents to prove that they live in the UK, and their SIA licence. After completing an interview, the applicant will be informed whether or not they have been successful. For successful applicants, we understand that notice periods may be required by their current employer.

Before the First Job

Before they start their first job, every security guard will receive extensive training as well as going through an induction. This will involve providing us with a number of important contact details, including their home address, phone numbers, and next of kin. We also insist that guards follow our uniform policy.
